Our process is simple. You provide the design files, artwork, and a sign list organized by style and size. Our team recreates your designs in CAD to prepare them for production, and our software automatically translates text into Grade 2 braille for accurate ADA compliance.
We then send you a PDF proof of the CAD setup for review and approval before we begin manufacturing. If we identify any compliance issues, we note them directly on the proof so you can make informed adjustments.
Once everything is approved, we manufacture your signs using professional-grade equipment. With fast turnaround times, consistent quality, and reliable communication, we make ADA signage production smooth and stress-free.

Erie Custom Signs began in 1962 as Erie Marking Tool, a small shop focused on producing industrial tags. For decades, the company built a reputation for precision manufacturing and dependable workmanship.
In 2009, during the Great Recession, the business was purchased and reimagined with a new focus. The goal was clear: specialize in ADA signage and build a company capable of serving customers well beyond the local market while creating skilled jobs in the community.
By 2010, the company shifted fully into ADA sign manufacturing.
